Let me be clear. There are plenty of gems still on the site, but the amount of time I have invested this go round weeding out flakes and scammers has been insane. I generally get to the meat of the conversation rather quickly. Ill do small talk for a bit, and ask if they don't mind switching to text message. Then ill ask something if they have been in arrangements before, and what kind of arrangement are they looking for. They will almost always come back asking what kind of arrangement to I want?
