Tried out Fullerton Spa next to the tattoo shop. Got Tina, an older asian provider (probably pushing mid 40's), nothing past HJ on the menu. She had some pretty good technique, I'll give her that, but would prefer my girls younger. 40 for entry, 60 tip for HE.
