Is Airbnb cheaper for one night after you figure in cleaning fee's, etc?

Also, there's no shame asking a hotel for a day rate. I've used hotels for half a day or something in the past when traveling and having an especially long layover at a odd times.

There is an archive on the Richmond VA sugar thread that includes a bunch of useful posts on this topic, including one of mine. There are several sites / apps these days that give day rates at hotels, searching by location. You can also try at any Hilton property, searching for room availability w / check-in and check-out on the same day, and it will give you the day rate.

We messaged for a bit back and forth. Setting up a M&G but when she insisted on doing it over dinner at the Waldorf Astoria I got turned off. I don't like dinner M&G's anyway, if she's a dud you are stuck sitting through dinner. Her picking one of the more expensive restaurants in the city made me think she's a self entitled gold digger. So I brought up the topic of allowance but she refused to talk about it prior to the dinner M&G

Didn't meet her in person so I can't comment beyond initial impressions.

She wanted me to meet her at a very expensive place for dinner too. It might be a way for her to dine at some great places and then ghost us. I will leave her along.

Ya I talked to her on site and in text for a day or 2 setup a meet, reservations and all for dinner, drinks. Ghosted the day of. I always confirm day of. So at least I didn't waste to much time, am now blocked or her profile gone. Stay away time waster.

Was talking with this one for a hot minute and then the profile disappeared. I didn't do or say anything to get blocked.

I've read other reports of people taking girls to 15th Avenue Books, because there are "private" rooms there. Seems pretty adventurous.

There are a few fantasy / theme hotels, is very easy to check in and out and the room is okay with full bathroom, you can book 2-3 hours for 20-35 dollars, one in near des plaines and few other around chicago area, I don't think your date will go there for the first time but after the first time she may be up to it, took a few girls there hahaha.
