Which parlors / providers are up for short sessions like 15-20-30 minutes and how much do they expect to be paid?

VIP (now renamed angel) used to do 20 minute sessions for the tourists, but they actually charged more because mama gave 50 kickback to the taxi drivers. I think they charged 250 total for 20 minutes, 100 hf plus 150 for the girl. And some of the girls upcharged too.
