Last time I handed my blue cross card to my local jack shack operator they looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe my plan is shitty. I should talk to my employer about an upgrade.

Insurers only pay to legit Provider classes and Providers with I'd numbers in their systems. It would need to be done thru a willing Chiropractor or Physical Therapy place. If its not a gal he controls and houses, your odds are zero with health insurance. Perhaps someone with auto or WC knowledge can expand on this.

"Bella" is going to make that place very successful. Hope the price doesn't go up. $. 6 must be all inclusive. She is a pleasure to be with. She is like a fine wine, you just keep on sipping. The Saigon Spa was too dingy for me. She's got great hands, personality and a killer body. Pure Michigan!

I think the DATY may have intoxicated you on this one. The only thing that made Saigon dingy was Ebony. She has a real bad case of GPS. I think things will lighten up at the Saigon Spa now she and her sister have left. I'm also hoping for her sake that Bonita teaches her how to give a real massage. For now, I'll stick with Tiffany.
