It is an even lower risk than if you were kissing. The mouth is more susceptible to viruses because it is a mucous membrane and absorption in the tissue is almost instant. Are you freaked out by kissing? If there are sores, present around lips / mouth then we would all probably walk out anyway. That would be a high risk situation. You are safe with a BBBJ unless you have a cut or open sore on your dick, in which case you probably shouldn't be out and about. The catcher is at way more risk than the pitcher.
