Would using a provider be considered entrapment?

The Georgia Code defines entrapment as: "A person is not guilty of a crime if, by entrapment, his conduct is induced or solicited by a government officer or employee, or agent of either, for the purpose of obtaining evidence to be used in prosecuting the person for the commission of the crime. "

So when a cop encourages someone to commit a crime and arrests that person. The provider has no legal authority so I think the entrapment plea wouldn't work depending on the definition of an agent.

I completely agree with the "bail" policy. I've been in the game for 20 years and had zero robberies, zero arrests and just a handful of bad sessions.

I even park offsite, leave everything in car and stash keys somewhere before I get to the room.

Put your little head at bay until it's being sucked and don't be afraid to bail if ANYTHING seems weird.

Don't worry if you get blacklisted by that provider, just explain her what happened and if she won't budge, just let her go and move on to the next.

Although I'm not going to touch specifically on a recent topic, I find it odd that, although federal laws trumps many state laws, it doesn't in other cases such as medical marijuana. Not for or against medical marijuana or even recreational use, just that the feds haven't been able to stop some states from legalizing marijuana, yet they can win against state laws that deal perhaps with more of a "public safety" issue.

Agreed about weed but that's different. The line you can't cross federally and I would bet a shit load of money each state has this statute as well is in regards to commercial sex.

In any event the TOS is crystal clear.

In leu of what happened to me, I'm now looking at all the escort ads up now and realize that these broads are dumb as fuck. I see chics got their real pictures up showing their bare faces, naked bodies, discernible tattoos and have rates $$ listed in their ads, as well as a list of activities that they do such as anal, GFE, 3 hole special, BBJ. WTF!! If the police were ever able to do a sting on these chics, they would be busted red handed and be charged guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Damn!!

From what I can gather, these busts are meant to cause great embarassment and financial ruin to the Johns and not the ladies. After all, these ladies have already sold their souls to the devil and an additional arrest isn't going to do much to them but on the other hand you!

These chics needs to block out their faces in their ads and any discernible tattoos that would mark them in a bust. All a police has to do is make to copies of their ads and take it to court as evidence of their prostitution. These broads marking and incriminating themselves in their own ads. How senile are these chics?? How senile have I been all these years not noticing this? If I were to get caught by one of these chics that were flipped, I'd be busted red handed too because of all the incriminating evidence in the ads. Sheesh.

I even heard from a chic that I recently talked to in a hotel in Stone Mountain, that a friend of hers and a dude went to an outcall at a hotel and got busted. The girl had an ad on backpage at the time and the dude, a friend, was taking her to an outcall at a hotel. As soon as they pulled up, the police arrested the both of them and took them to jail. She said neither one of them were charged because the girl had fake pics posted on her ad, so the police was not able to prove that it was her on the ad pics.

The girl also used a text app number so they weren't able to prove that it was her phone number either. Something these girls need to think about when placing ads. The sad part about this is, alot of girls will start using fake pics and there would be a lot of scamming and robbery going on with those fake pic chics as well. Also, I now see what "Zipper34" was talking about when he said that my case seemed unbelievable. I just viewed dozens of undercover sex stings on youtube and I never saw any sting where the "john" was made to take off his clothes or the undercover cop undressed him.

This is very uncop like or un-stinglike (made up word, I think). From all the stings I saw, the cop usually arrest the person as soon as they knock on the chics door. I just saw a sting on there that they did in Conyers. They arrested the "johns" as soon as they knocked on the chics door. No exchange of money or anything. I did see some videos though, where the exchange of money happened and talks of sex happened, then the cops came barging in and arrested the "johns".

But the cops jumped on the "johns" back and held them down while making the arrest. In my case, the undercover cop went as far as taking the money from me, then telling me to get undressed. When I didn't get undressed she asked me if I wanted her to undress me. WTF!. She then undressed me herself, unbuckling my belt and pulling my pants and underwear all the way down and taking my shirt and shoes off as well.

I've never seen an undercover sting where they went as far as making you take all of your clothes off. Then get on top of you on the bed, excuse themselves to the bathroom to let the cops in, then the cops come in taking pictures of you naked. WTF!! That's really extreme. If they were videotaping everything in the room, why the need to take pictures as well. And they wouldn't allow me to put my clothes back on as they told me not to move while they continued to take pictures. WTF!!

I guess they're now going to the extremes to get a shut and closed cased no questions asked. Never have I known undercover cops to go as far as making you undress and then taking pictures of you naked. WTF!! Every other dude that was in jail with me said the same thing. The undercover lady undressed them and had them lay on the bed naked. That seems a bit extreme after you got the money and the consent via text. Also, when I went to pick up my car from the tow yard, the invoice said that I had a wallet, 2 phones and some loose change under my car seat. WTF!!

That is what the invoice said the cops wrote was in my car. I kept my wallet and 2 phones in my center console hidden. I knew they went in it and looked through my phone and wallet. I also had only 35 cents (1 quarter and 1 dime) under the middle of my drivers car seat. It wasn't in plain sight and you had to look under the seat good to see it. I didn't even know that it was under there myself. I have a feeling those pigs were searching inside my car as well for weed, guns or drugs.

Yep, them Dekalb police are dirty as fuck. They're looking for shit to take people to jail and charge them some extra shit. They took that undercover bust to the extreme. Still working on that lawyer thing although the evidence against me is pretty convincing and damning. Eekkk.

When they pick up a girl they Go through all ofnher things even if they don't flip her, phone, laptop, accounts, messaging and can pretend to be them. Yes sometimes if girls co operate they will flip them and collect evidence.

FYI, the pigs / police are all over the internet. I heard they're even on plenty of fish, for you dudes that use that app. I just read an article how a man was arrested and charged with soliticing a minor after her placed an ad on craigslist. No where in his ad did he state that he was looking for a minor, but an undercover cops or police messaged his ad playing like they were a 16 year old girl. They told the dude to meet the girl somewhere and when the dude got there, he was busted by the cops. WTF!!

The funny thing about it is. They answered his ad and he never mentioned nothing about looking for no underage girl. WTF!! Watch out for that on that Seeking Arrangments site.Deleted by Admin I block their asses immediately. I wouldn't be surprised if your favorite uncle is on that site trying to lure tricks into a trap. The police are very dirty.
