I agree with you Blake, but will she apply the advice? Most successful business know their customers and apply new information to help them grow. I know of three AMPs that actually do listen to their customers feedback and that is why they are so busy. Sometimes businesses dont apply new knowledge to adapt to the changing customers as did Blockbusters, Toys R Us, Pan Am, Compaq, Borders, etc.

Blake let us hope that moon princess will teach her girls to apply the advice. Lets be optimistic and give them a chance. They might become optimistic. Im waiting for some trusted senior mongers with thousands of reports to go there and post a report.
