Honestly they are not utr or pro. I have a reason why I don't want to meet them in public and I tell them this from get go on SA, that I have no interest in dinners or dates. I am sending messages to girls I know are no pro or utr and tell them in 1 or 2nd message, "I am looking for an SB who will come see me for fun and bed, no dinners and dates, you open to it?" You will be surprised how many respond yes, but then will want to know the allowance.

First point I'll make, and this point is frequently made by the Admin of this board, is this. If they have sex with you in exchange for money, and if there were no money there would be no sex, they are PROS. It's that simple. It does not matter if it happens 3 months after you start talking with them or three hours after. Sex for money = PRO. But not all pros operate exactly the same way. In the same way that not all SDs operate the same way. Trust me when I tell you, there is more than one way to skin a cat and what might work for me or some other SD might not work for you. The fact is, many SBs don't want to consider themselves pros, and each one has a different degree of financial need, and therefore different levels of urgency. If they are mostly financially stable, not supporting a habit or a kid, or not desperately trying to make rent or tuition payments, then they may be in a position to take it slower and be more picky. But some of the best encounters I have had, with the hottest chicks I've been with, have moved very quickly from initial contact to FC. Some have taken longer and require more time and work. IMHO, one of the skills most successful SDs have is, the ability to quickly read the signals the SB is giving you and then being able to quickly adjust your "system" to that particular SB. For my part, if an SB starts asking about money over the DM on the site, I use that as an opportunity to immediately move her to offline communication or to a first meeting. I don't like to discuss money or those types of details using the DM on the SA site. So when they bring it up, I tell them that, and suggest we start texting, or skyping or using whatever method you use to communicate offline. Or I tell them that I would rather have that discussion face to face, so I suggest a meeting for coffee, drinks or lunch. I like to start with a casual meeting that does not require a big time commitment on her part or a big financial commitment on my part. So if they want to move fast, don't automatically assume that is a negative. Go with it, but use it to your advantage. Get her to commit to moving forward, one way or another. Frankly, and this is just my opinion, the biggest time wasters are the ones who want to have casual conversation for 2-3 weeks using the DM on the SA site. If they will not at least move to an offline form of communication pretty quickly, the chances you are dealing with a time waster go way up. But again, this is just my opinion. You will need to find the process that works best for you.

Currently women on SA can make a free account and send and receive messages for free but SA has changed the rules up on them as well. A premium account charges them $19/ month for a premium subscription with this they can see if you have read their message, narrow their search results by age, ethnicity, income, net worth and do on. Also without a premium subscription the SB cannot tell what men are premium subscribers. Meaning they can't tell who will be able to read and reply to their messages. So while SA is still "free" to women, it's greatly limited what you get for free. Girls who register with their college. Edu email accounts get free premium accounts as they are verified college students.

I've been watching the SB site for a while now and decided to splurge and purchase a few credits so I may attempt to contact a few girls. Reached out to a few, and had a couple replies.
