Want to play it safe? My advice, and I'd bet other experienced hobbyists would agree, is to simply quit playing this game if you're that paranoid. The fact you don't see the problem with sending a provider / her bf to a neighbors address because you are unsure of what you are doing kind of sums everything up. Try other providers that have been verified that way innocent neighbors who have no reason to deserve a stranger walking up to their door can be left out of your hobby. You say you sent them to a neighbor because you were not sure if it was her or not, because you were concerned for your safety. What about your neighbors safety?
