I was in the feed store just a few days after posting this. And a guy was leaving Rose Day Spa next door when I was leaving. And as I was pulling out of the parking lot, a different guy went into the spa. Yesterday, I planned on stopping in for a walk-in 30 minutes and saw the same thing happen before I even got out of the car. A guy walked out and a different guy walked into the spa. Four customers! Being from out of town, in the area and unsure where to go, I tried Rose. Walked in, taken to room, then told it would be 10 minutes. There was another customer finishing up. Was a sensual and relaxing massage, but DIY. There are two girls working there and at least 3 customers I know of (including myself) in the hour I was there.

I live close to Rose Day Spa on Tesson Ferry (South County) so often find myself in that parking lot for the hardware store, feed store and yes, the pub.
