Best bet is to see if the girl mounts you BBFS from the start. Happened to me twice like that, never asked for it, they just mounted me raw. And In the middle of another session, one kgirl had asked if I wanted to take the condom off while I was already in here. YMMV, I never once asked the booker for it.
