It can't be accessed unless you use a VPN with a non-US server and, for anyone who still has VIP access, all you can see are the details of your own past reviews and details of non-US based providers. Only second post here, but been mongering for about 5 years (not that that is a lot for many here, but anyway), in my experience it depends on the girl and the source. The agency Eastern European girls I've been with have required no less than an hour be booked and they, in my experience, have been very diligent about making sure you get that full time (unless of course you want to leave LOL), I'm sure because they're instructed to be that way, so it's definitely MSOG. If this is a general question it really depends on the girl BUT in my experience with escorts (read: escorts, not BP girls, forum is differentiated for a reason I'm assuming) 1 hour is GENERALLY msog. Many of the girls I have seen do not offer anything under an hour, some mandate 1. 5 hours for initial meet. If they do offer 1/2 hour sessions every single provider I've met has been 1 pop. But every 1 hour appt I've booked with escorts have been MSOG. Again, depends on the girl, as I have read many TER reviews (in the heyday, smh) saying girls book an hour but session over after 1 pop.

I am not a member on P411, so I don't know what the prices are like over there. You used to be able to see some of the ads without being a member but you can't now.
