Don't waste your time. There are way too much inactive HX accounts, which is free and HX doesn't delete them. If you really want to search and browse, pick a profile update date. You can also check her date of her last client, and her latest picture date if any. If the account is inactive for months and years, you are looking for a needle in a hay stack.

The biggest issue I'd see using Paypal is maintaining anonymity. I always thought that the name on the account had to match the name associated with the payment method. Although I'm sure there's a way to create a burner specifically for this use.

You can maintain anonymity paying with BTC if you have a cold / hardware wallet and create an address specifically for that purpose. As a huge proponent of crypto, and someone who believes it's value will increase dramatically in the coming years, I'd never pay for pussy with BTC.
