Down the hall from Diva Spa (literally like 5 steps) is Lucky Spa, which has a full menu. But in my experience they always try to upsell.

Knapp is hit or miss, be aware there are also LBs there (only for Thai I believe).

They've been open for a few years. The notable negative is that the entrance isn’t shared with other businesses. It’s very obvious what you’re entering, and it’s a high car & pedestrian traffic area, so that might not make it a go for some. Have no idea what the talent is like. You'll get serviced there though. Why not take one for the team and report back to us. Good luck!

I hadn't been on Marrett in Lex in a while, so I dropped by the other day. Was greeted by a mid-30's woman who eventually identified herself as Sunny. I'm going to try to describe her carefully because some of it my sound contradictory.
