I get your point but I'm sure if the cops pulled him over and for some reason decided to go through his car, if the cops found some illegal substances in her bag of stuff I'm pretty sure that's hers. Now if it fell out in his car and they found it or god forbid it fell out nobody noticed and she was out the car now he has a problem.
