I've seen a couple reports mentioning round 2 as part of recent encounters with MCE et al. Is that typically standard for the high hr price the agencies charge? Or just circumstantial because of negotiated tip?

Multiple rounds are standard at most agencies, whether it's middle of the road or higher end. I'd say the same thing is true with many middle to high end independents. As with all things, it might vary by the individual and the specific situation.

Never had to negotiate a tip or do "a la cart" pricing, at this level of the scene it's a set amount up front. I don't tip beyond the initial envelope, but do repeat a lot which I've been told multiple times is the best form of tipping.

I don't what indies you're seeing. But I've never paid those high prices to see Indie girls.

The problem with using these agencies is that you have to give them a copy of your DL. You have to have absolute faith in their servers and in their judgement. I used to feel the same way, but the higher quality independent girls also require verification so unless you do some sort of verification you're stuck on the low end of things, unless someone is willing to share information otherwise!!
