I personally know the owner of what was once a very successful agency. The smarter owners pay very close attention to the the laws and legislation passed in each state. That pretty much determines where they focus the girls at. NC is not a good place for a "truly professional" service provider and certainly not a good place for an agency owner to reside.

My take has always been that mileage varies, especially in a city our size. If backpage did one thing well, it was letting young women know just how much they could make selling something most of them had likely freely been giving away for a long time.
