Just read the posts on this site. They all seem to want high volume girls and settle for everything that comes with a low cost.

I personally know the owner of what was once a very successful agency. The smarter owners pay very close attention to the the laws and legislation passed in each state. That pretty much determines where they focus the girls at. NC is not a good place for a "truly professional" service provider and certainly not a good place for an agency owner to reside.
