I doubt it. You can access the site by using VPN. The review section in USA region is locked for good.

I was just able to get in, but it's a bit wonky. Had to go through a few tabs of "Yes I'm 21," then "Yes I'm 21" again, then "ok. I'm not an American citizen so I'll stay out!" Then I was in and looking at low end Backpage poon. A couple of them looked serviceable though.
