I have seen many say how easy EE is to schedule with, but I was completely dissapointed. Got verified several days early and set up a visit with Gracee. The only response I got from Steve was "sorry". Not sure if this had happened to anyone else.

At least you got a clear direct response that the appointment was cancled. Unfortunate to happen twice understand. However most girls / providers will give you the run around for an hour or so prior to you finally figuring it is canceled / not going to happen.
