LE has no grounds to seize TNA. Provider ads and reviews are so watered down now there is nothing illegal there. Also, the site is hosted and managed in Europe, so the SPD and FBI can not touch it. Prices are not going to drop due to the status of TNA. The economy is strong and Seattle guys have been conditioned over the years to pay higher rates for services in comparison to like cities.

I hope you're right, but I'm not optimistic. Even though TNA is no longer explicit, it's still more obvious than BP was after they implemented restrictions. BP ads were pretty much limited to name and contact number, and suggestive pix (no explicit nudity).

It might be more difficult and protracted because the server is based outside the US, but it seems like the Feds might eventually figure out a way to pressure the hosting country to shut it down. Unless the host nation has antipathy towards the US And maintains TNA for spite. The original BP owners apparently sold their interests to foreign 'shell' companies, but the Feds were still able to shut them down. It's seems likely TNA has a similar structure.

I agree this will definitely shake things up. How is anyone's guess: Will more providers migrate to TNA? Will street action increase? Will another site similar to BP emerge? Who knows?
