What is ECCIE?

A large escort board in the south but it's been slowly spreading. They occasionally have ads for southern escorts visiting in the Michigan section. I've used frequently when I traveled to Dallas and San Antonio.

FOSTA isn't even law yet and the Feds managed to take down BP. A court ruled last week that BP could be sued in civil court by victims of sex-trafficking. So why do we need that shitty law?
