I don't think escortcafe was ever a popular ad website. I think hobbyists posted ads there for the purpose of linking to TER reviews. There is no site maintenance either, so it's a mess.

It will probably be a while to get the word out and make escortcafe popular.

Luckily, if you google "los angeles escorts", at least escortcafe is on the first page of hits, under the more expensive ad sites like eros and slixa.
