If this is the case, doesn't seem logical that the cause of leases not being renewed would be LE pressure, since LE may be profiting by the continued existence of established AMPs. I've always found it curious BTW, that CHM has for years had a police sticker next to the outside door, I think it's for the police athletic league or some such thing?

There have been young providers here and there in AMPs in Honolulu. Just expect a Sanho or VIP service. Happiness and Rejuve are the two top AMPs currently. There always been two top places during their time. Dream, Empire, New Yorker, Nirvana, and the original Pine Tree all had their glory days. And a whole lotta AMPs filled with JAMs (Just Another MILF). A constant that hasn't changed is that of the service of Asian providers and that of non-Asian American providers.

Wow, would great memories about the New Yorker. In the hey days of the New Yorker, I don't think any of the girls were even in their 30's. Service was all covered then so not sure if that has anything to do with it for nowadays.
