Same as the previous poster, when I followed up, I never got a response and certainly never when I tried booking within 2 days.

I'd agree, put up an appointment request on their site and fill out the info as requested (I noted that I was verified by RS), and wait. If they don't call in 48 hours, they might not be taking new clients and try again.

I just got approved about a week ago, but it actually took a couple weeks before I got a reply to my application. I didn't try multiple times, just made the attempt and let it play itself out.
