So here's an interesting question. If your strolling the normal SW areas and you park your car at a local restaurant / bar / store or side of the road. And walk a couple blocks and approach a SW to set something up can le come bother you? I assume they can't take your car. Any thoughts on this??

Not 100% sure on this point of view, but I would say yes they still can. Because unless you live in the area. You used your vehicle to get to that area. So I think it would viewed in the same general vein as there other stings in which you use your phone or a computer to set things up and they bust you when you arrive. They are taken away as being criminal tools that were use to help facilitate the actual crime they are charging you with. Then they charge you with those others offenses to also help justify the seizure also.

There are a few serious cyclists up and down the Are. Nice bikes, spandex, helmets. If you are a white dude in old clothes and a non descript bike, but you look healthy and have a decent haircut, you're probably not blending in as well as you think. I've done the spandex thing down there, talked to a few, give them a couple bucks, get a number if possible. The first time I talked to Trisha, she was at the gas station at Six. I rode up hoping to get a number and she asked if she could use my phone.

Honestly, I knew I was fooling myself to believe I could fit in the street scene as a down-and-outer for precisely the reasons you listed, plus a couple more: good teeth that have seen a dentist regularly, and overall good hygiene.

You also raise a good point that those trips on a bike to view SW's up close should be for the purpose of getting a phone number only, and not arranging a meeting in five minutes. I have allowed the urgency of the moment to overtake good judgment and common sense. Although, I have to admit, I have yet to meet a SW in this way that I wanted to see again.

First they would have to find your car. Second if it's not used in the solicitation how can they legally take it. I think most people pay the $$ because it takes a month to go to court and fight it. Just because you talk to someone doesn't make it solicitation. They have to prove it. What proof of solicitation do they have? You talk to someone, yes. Did you solicit her for sex? No. I'm looking for a friend who's been seen down here because of drugs blah blah blah. It's kinda of bullshit how they take your car. Now if they catch you in a sex act, yeah I get it. I have wondered this myself. To avoid risking my motor vehicle, I sometimes bring a bicycle in back. If I pass a SW that I want a second look at, I park more than several blocks down, more like a mile or so, in a parking lot of a shopping center, get the bike out and ride up to the SW. I try to look like any other cyclist from the area, I. E. , nondescript old bike and clothing, no fancy accessories, no spandex, no helmet, to blend in. If, heaven forbid, I am stopped by LE, they won't find my car to take away. Perhaps someone can speak to this strategy.

I just did a drive-by on the arE, 6:30. No real action, there were a couple BSW near 6. There were so many yesterday I felt like I went back to the past. I remember the 80's and 90's down there, you had your choice of some fine ass SW. There were so many yesterday I felt like I went back to the past. Watch out for the BSW down by Six. They may turn out to be hung better than you are.

I have done this in the middle of a full blown sting and all they did was park and watch me for a minute in unmarked cars. I wasnt parked that far away and I walked right back to my car, I believe they wanted to see if she was going to follow or I pick her up somewhere else but I outsmarted them and got my BJ about 20 minutes later via the burner phone that I slipped her to set up where to meet.

At the end of the day, they just want your car, they can care less about what's going on while on foot but don't be stupid enough to think you can take a girl into an abandoned house or something and do a date right in their face.

That's too much work LOL. Just want my dome in peace so I can go. Hate the cops fuck with folks and leave the dealers alone to deal in peace.
