I saw her probably 2 years ago and reported on it then. The one thing I remember was she kept going on and o about her future dream: moving to Phoenix and opening a tanning salon. Really? Phoenix only hands 300 sunny days a year. That's roughly 80% of the year!

Either I'm the only one getting great service, or I'm really missing out special special services elsewhere. So, I'm wondering why there are complaints about this place, what am I missing? I've been in the hobby for a long time and have visited many, many other establishments, except for M1, I have no interest going to FS known spas.
