I visited Jade at HH over the summer. The hour has gotten cheaper, the extras probably have not. I took the $$$ total BJ option. The hour was $$. Jade is not in the lineup any more. I understand what you are getting at, but as has been stated, there are some guys more than willing to pay these rates or they wouldn't continue to charge them.
