I communicated with her about a month ago. No BB essentially no-nothing from what I could tell. I just didn't get very far.

Just a note. I probably don't approach them correctly though because I have to do everything over the phone ahead of time. I'm usually not in the area and trying to set something up for when I do come back. Your experience might be different if you make an appointment and show up to negotiate.
