I would say this is probably available at any of the FS AMPs. It's possible that some individual girls might not be into it, but probably most would be fine with it. I've had some spontaneous foot play over the years, and the girls don't seem to mind, unless you're asking them to do it in an acrobatic or strenuous way. I've been turned down for Russian a number of times, but that seems to be when the girls are worried about a surprise facial.
