Agree. We set the market and together not contributing to GPS reasonable rates can be set. For someone decent a $ is more than fair for at least 2 SOG. A hundy for the work is reasoable IMO, and then you tip according to performance. Had one once drain me so good that another $ flew out of my pocket.
