Heck, if either of these girls just lowers their rates at least a little and can be punctual I'll repeat at least once, but that seems like way too much to ask from them. Join the Noobz club. Find the ones that are newbie friendly so you can start to establish a network. Some will also use other sites, boards and other means to verify who you are.

Join the noobz club. I think that's what it's called. There you can find info about girls that will see new guys with either little or no references. It may take a while to build a network, and don't expect to be banging models to establish your network.
