I am planning to buy a downtown apartment to take my dates to. I was thinking how great it would be if we all had a place where we could take our ladies like this, pitch in a little money each time for upkeep. I'm just worried that someone would trash the place. Maybe there is a way to do it where it could work for all of us. I'm just tired of booking so many hotels. Any thoughts?
