Go past Mcdonalds the streets before Uhaul are usually where mongers walk. The Mobil is a pain. Panhandlers people drunk / high and it gets dangerous at times especially weekends.

They're special police officers hired by Mobil, so long as you're not on their property they won't bother you. On their property though they have the same authority as Boston Police.
