I have not tried NG yet. I have called and checked rates before though. My understanding is that NG is first come first serve basis and as such, if someone is there and being serviced, you might be overlooked. Like Riina said, they do work long hours so that might be helpful. I personally tend to look for earlier hours and avoid lunch rushes. I understand not everyone have perfect schedules in this hobby.
