Take some good advice and avoid her. She was easy to set up with and came right over but hurried and rushed as fast as she could and wanted to leave after 10 minutes instead of a hour. She came up with every excuse she could to get out the door. I would not repeat seeing her ever again.

Very unlikely to be legit. Through tineye pictures come back to ads in Las Vegas and Arizona. Also location is in a hot LE area. I would be pretty certain this is not a legit ad.

Being a visiting provider might explain the different area code. However, a quick image search shows that the photos are being used in other CURRENT ads from other areas. Unless she has a private jet, she can't be make all those appointments in all the different places.
