What I said was correct. Patronizing a prostitute is a class 4 felony in IL. Ironically, actually being a prostitute is only a misdemeanor.

The law was changed a couple years ago to discourage Johns from visiting prostitutes thereby reducing demand which would eventually reduce supply. Problem solved! Right?

Worked for alcohol in the 1920's. Worked for drugs in the 1990's. Obviously the same logic would work when applied to sex. Right?

Ahhh. I used to go there. Man, I'm trying to remember, but it was maybe 8-10 yrs ago. The girls were young. And pretty. Not 10's but 6's-8's.
