There are dozens of places in Chinatown where can get that in the $100 range. Some have younger woman. Don't go to 98 Mott 6th floor many better choices. In midtown most places are nicer and will be $200 or more. There is one place midtown I know of that's much cheaper Chois Barbershop but the woman are older.
