Sorry to hear what happened to you, I have used DCD a few times but not lately as Brian is not very professional. I also had a not so great visit and he just said sorry and did not do anything.

So he lost me as a client. On top of he is trying to be upscale with a better website and has raised his rates, which in my opinion are too high for what he is offering.
