I've watched the board enough to know how to monger myself around St. Pete. I also know the and have read the monger rules. I also know that Snott Drizzle is not in heavy surveillance in the Lealman triangle for recreation purposes. I post what I find and I tell you what the damage was. To each their own, some mongers are more friendly with information than others and I fully understand the rules of paying my dues. I will add this, as a Monger, there is no place safer than your own hotel room. The cops need a reason to enter and the monger can control who comes and goes. If I see a New face that I have never seen and the deed seems fair, then for safety and assurance, I will pay that asking price. Sometimes, city and county boundaries move from LEO responsibility perspective. This can mean SW patterns move or adjust for lack of better description.
