Tried to search out talent on the St Pete loop but got discouraged when I saw 5 LEO cars parked in a field near the triangle. I headed down 34th and saw a 20 something blond running like there was no tomorrow across 19 then east on 15th. By the time I circled around, she was gone. Down 9th and about 9th I made eye contact with a HSW. When I turned around I noticed her handler sitting on the stairs close by. Win some. Loose some.

Not sure about the popo meeting south of 54th near Haines but be careful.

Blonde spinner, prominent tramp stamp. Tiny Jean shorts, curly, wet look blonde hair. Walking South on 4th by 90th Ave. Did the turn and poof, she disappeared. Anyone know who she is?
