With most places having raised their rates over the years it's nice to have a go-to that's reasonably priced. I came up during the southside hey-days and 40 was standard for 1/2 and a HE could be had for 40 as well. Many times for less depending on the situation but 40/40 was a guarantee back then. As prices have gone up it's priced me out of the game to some extent. I refuse to pay 60/60 for average service so I've cut WAY back.

Today I happened to be near Min Hua and stopped by. Great massage, great HE technique about halfway through my time and got 10 more min or so of really nice massage after. 40/40 for very relaxing time. Nice value IMO.

Does anybody know if this place is legit or offers HEs? This has got to be the only Asian massage parlor I've ever seen that's in a (former) house and not in a shopping center strip. One would assume that to stay in any one place this long, you have to be legit. Any knowledge?
