I live in that area, there's nothing within walking distance for HE massage joints. Plenty within a $10 cab ride tho.

There are some BP massage girls that advertise in that area and might be walking distance. Youwannaseeme has a location that is walking distance. Lang Ocean on Chicago Ave is walking distance. Awesome massage but no HE.

I've been to Dancing Fingers, but not recently. While I have gotten standard finish there, I think it is a rarity, especially for someone new.
