Last Sunday I drove around looking for talent. I mongered from 9-1130 pm and I saw lots of talent out.

I usually start the loop at WW then drive down Washington Blvd, past SA, down Brooklyn, all the way to Curtis Bay right on Church and then down Fairhaven.

The range of talent is on a huge spectrum:

1) Fairhaven: is probably the safest loop for me. It's one direction and you can see almost everything down the street coming from Church street. There were some hidden gems earlier Sunday evening but me being selective, I lost the girls that were potential dates. Overall I think the safeness, and selection of girls the best.

2) Brooklyn: Sunday night the blocks were jumping and hoes were moving; super fast and super slow. Every street corner had two or more girls working. They ranged from skinny WSWs to large BSW all the way to 50 year old providers. There was something for everybody. This would be my favorite area to loop around but the blind spots and many street entrances made it had to cover your six. Even in the morning time, they had girls everywhere.

3) Washington Blvd: I've never scooped any girls from this area but I've seen potential walking around. The side streets are hard to maneuver and picking up ladies on Wash blvd is the hottest thing you can do. I've seen plenty of WSW spinners walking around. Some of them LTGTBT so I don't even bother with those girls. Although five never sampled talent from Washington, I placed it higher because of the potential. Phone numbers may not work but they are worth trying. I've never heard of our of state plates being targeted either. Just exercise reasonable caution on the known strolls and you should be fine. Just don't pick up on main drags with high visibility.

A vehicle that loops a well known prostitution zone will obviously be more noticeable, say in a $100 k Cadillac for example, or with a out-of-state license plate.

The local jurisdiction would absolutely have an upper hand when imposing enforcement regulations on a out-of-town offender who's already facing a myriad of logistical challenges to began with.

Just about 100% go bareback and the ancillary lowlife that feed off the streets. Why take any more unnecessary chances when it can be avoided?

I personally wouldn't go on the CHEAP with the local street scene, just too much that can potentially to go very wrong, especially for a out-of-towner.

2. It is highly inadvisable for anyone cruising the stroll in a vehicle with a out of state license plat. The local Johnny Law have enough on their hands without being unduly antagonized. So, don't go tweaking their noses, or you'll liable to be bitten.
