Cruised the strolls very successfully many many times exclusively with out of state plates for hours on end, have not once been been harrassed by uncle LEO. In fact my sole encounter occurred at dusk when I made a wrong turn up a one-way off Wilkens. The officer showed a lot of humor and kindness, no ticket. I'd recommend watch those one ways, my error is an easy one to make in less than familiar areas. Is it risky, Well sure. Is there reward to be had? Damn straight, I find Baltimore has one of the broadest selections and some of the finest talent. Worth the risk. Just don't drive like an ass, be conservative.

Massachusetts monger here, traveling to Baltimore area next week. I don't know the area well, so I'm hoping the locals can help me out. I'm a little worried about cruising the stroll with Massachusetts plates. Can anyone volunteer some digits of a girl that I could hook up with while I'm down there?

On my way out of Bmore today, I drove down the street my familiar friend lives on. At the end of the street, I saw the lovely Syrian Princess coming out of the corner store.

I didn't try and get her attention because two LE vehicles were in the middle of the street to my right, and one got out and walked up a alley. I called my familiar friend to let the Princess know that LE was walking around on foot.

Drove down W / W for a while and didn't see anyone of interest until I was just about to leave. Then I spotted a pretty cute girl in shorts, a long draping neon pink top and a few tattoos. There was a little bit of swelling on her hands, due to some med use. Made the scoop and said her name was Angel. Asked of she could touch me for an LE check. I obliged. Was on route for work yesterday around noon and ended up passing down Conkling. It was loaded yesterday despite the heat. Mostly rough looking girls but one white girl stood out. Skinny but not too skinny, dirty blonde hair that she had pulled up above her head, smiling, cheery and waving at me. Cute enough that I got the tingle but I had deliveries to make. Swung back around at 6 pm and it was still bustling and there she was, still smiling, still cheery and still waving. She had changed into a red outfit. I didn't make the swoop.
