I think almost everyone has had radio silence happen to them at some point or another, sucks when it happens but this is the nature of this hobby. Why when you find reliable providers you sometimes keep them to yourself.

Same here stood up waited for an hour she answered after I left saying she didn't know the phone was ringing. It was very disapointing losing the hour.
