Had a weird experience and want to know what you guys think.

I responded to this ad on back page:

Right off the bat, I thought it was weird that there was no number in the ad, so I email. I ask her if I can get an hour for 60 (which already seemed low to me), and she just responds "yes," with no negotiation or qualms about it. I think this is a little strange. I ask for her number, and we start texting. (I didn't think to Google her number until later). Anyway, this chick seems way too receptive but at the same time lacking in communication and just answering all of my questions with Yes / No answers like she's just trying to get me out to her as quick as possible. It just seemed a little fishy and "too good to be true," so to speak, so I was getting a bad vibe, somehow.

I ask her if she's law enforcement, and she of course says "no. " I ask her to send me a picture holding up two fingers, and she complies (and it's obviously the girl from the ad). I call to voice verify (and this is where my alarms REALLY go off); she informs me that I'm on speaker! When I ask why I'm on speaker, she makes up some excuse about her phone being "broken" and claims all her calls go to speaker and she "can't figure it out. " Again, this is why I get pretty suspicious, but I get her cross streets and inform her that I'm headed her way.

I text her on the drive and ask her the name of the motel she's staying at. No response. I send her several more texts during the 45-60 min drive and receive no responses. Once I make it to the cross streets, I decide to turn around and go home, and text her that the date is off. Again, no response. I didn't look up her number until I got home later and it turns out she has multiple ads up across multiple escort sites. The pictures vary some, but the ads are all essentially the same.

So, what do you guys think? Set up? Did I get lucky, and dodge a bullet, here? The speakerphone thing is what creeped me the most, as it seems an excuse to have people listening in on the call. I DID call her from a different number than I texted from. Could that be it? Any incite is appreciated.

Finally saw her a few days ago. Pretty safe area. Lives in the lower flat with other people living upstairs. Separate entrance for them. She is very sweet and nervous. Massage was so so with unscented lotion, but the conversation was great. She claims to be single, yet she wears a ring on her engagement finger (I think I just made that term up). Her FB states she's engaged as of mid July, so I don't know what's up with that. I point this out to you gentlemen because I didn't want a surprise visit. And there wasn't. Anyway, she is nervous and not really that into it. She just needs money, so I obliged. The appointment ended with full service. It's a good thing I had my swim trunks with me as she has none. A Franklin for the hour, which I cut short because it became a little dull after a while. She does suffer from back problems, so if you're looking for a gymnast, look further. She said she's going to stop posting because she has had one too many bad experiences. I will say that it got a little gamey, almost like hooking up with someone after a workout. A bit of a turn off. I guess I'd probably see her again due to convienence.

Cougar, the best thing you can do for yourself is go to Walmart and buy a cheap burner flip phone. Hide it somewhere that nobody would ever find it. Take it out only when you are alone and can text / talk. I was in the same boat as you and some ***** named Liberty sent me a text asking for a pic. I had saved it earlier in my phone as Liberty Mutual Insurance. I was able to convince the wife that I was just a dumbass and not a cheater by entering the wrong number for a Liberty Mutual Insurance ad I had seen on tv. That was a close call. I went out the very next day and got that burn phone. Not a problem since. Just a thought bro. JTW.

I agree Cougar should get a burner; but I advocate for a burner app, rather than a second phone. I am certain that there is no safe hiding place at home that is also easily accessible to me. And there would be NO explaining away a second phone. But I can easily explain a burner app, because I buy and sell vintage items off the Internet, mainly Craigslist; using a second number to keep my cell number private is understandable to my wife, who already knows about the scammers I have encountered. I have the Notifications set to Silent for the burner number.

[has not advertised since June 2017 , so I don't know what's up, lot of these gals go UTR once clientele is built up.

58 x- 7 xx-5285 leads me to believe they are not chasing the jones / demons but are ok with lower volumes / rates to sustain a quality of life.

Yes I did post in Fort Wayne. No information. When a provider has only shown their face 2 times and only for a very short time it is difficult for anybody to get info on them. I'm sure that you guys up in Detroit are as cautious about a new face as we are. And it takes more than just one or two brief visits for somebody to finally get the balls and TOFTT. Unless of course they are a drunk and not thinking wisely. I thought that maybe since she had a ton of ads up in the Detroit area that maybe somebody would have some info on her and be kind enough to share it.

If I were you I would just give her a call and ask her if she has any reviews and where I could find them. You might just have to TOFTT if you want to see her that badly.

I texted her a couple weeks ago and didn't hear anything back. Then like 24 hours later I get a text with a availability and price list, I didn't even know who was texting me back until I googled the number. That kind of shit pisses me off and these girls have to know how inappropriate it it replying to a text so much later like that. Posted a same experience a few months back.

Texted her one day, literally 10 minutes after her ad went up, didn't hear anything for about 4 hours, said she was bowling.

Told her my window of opportunity ran out at home, my son was due home at any time, but I'd go get a room.

Crickets.

I was persistant, and she finally replied back, no thank you.

Everytime I see her ad I laugh.

Yes, I have DATY with several providers without protection. Yes, this is a risky behavior. While I trusted each of these women to tell me the truth about their health, the fact is they could be lying or mistaken. I suggest no one follow this example.

Yes, I have used a dental dam I improvised by scissoring up a condom. It did work, although it was difficult to handle because the latex is so thin and tends to fold back and stick to itself.

I have never seen dental dams sold at the pharmacy, and I am not planning to ask the pharmacist or my dentist for any. I read that most sex shops carry them, though.

Yes, with a provider, DATY should be covered always, same as FS.
