I took the recommendation to go to the him or her spa following his glorified review of the latin establishment hoping to receive elements of the same dream that he had. But alas after multiple visitations I've never received more than a slightly above average NOVA. I even asked Sandra if she would be more accommodating than a HE and she told me she does not go further.
