So when you make an appointment and are late for it, do you still expect to get the full hour? Remember, you did make the appointment for a certain time.

If I am late for an appointment, I am happy just to see the provider.

If I am late, that time comes out of my time. If I am late, it is an inconvenience to the therapist and possibly a cause for stress due to a scheduled appointment after me. I do not like to be kept waiting and understand how frustrating it can be. If I know it takes me 30 minutes to get to an appointment, I allot 45 minutes. Better that I am 15 minutes early than 5 minutes late.

Are you asking for assistance in finding a provider in Kailua that gives a massage and HJ / HE or full service with BBCIP or BBCIM?
